For attendance, we process location and face verification data only where the employee has given explicit consent and your organization has enabled the feature.

Sharing and sub-processors

We never sell personal information. We share data only with sub-processors that help us deliver the service, under written agreements, and where required by law.

Retention

Organizations control how long workspace data is retained. We delete or anonymize data after the retention period or when an account is closed, subject to legal obligations.

Your rights
